I was kept informed during every stage of my extension. Each stage was also completed on time and as per the advice given to me by the supervisors Jack and Kyle. Any query or concern that I had was dealt with promptly, professionally and in (non-tradesman) easy to understand, customer friendly language. I found every person with whom I dealt to be courteous, friendly and readily approachable. A real credit to the company and ideal example to other builder (that I have used in the past) as to how to manage a building or renovation job. Jack and the team produced an excellent result on the original wall removal job and I also contracted them for the associated bathroom renovation.
